With youthful exhilaration and incredible harmonizing, South Africa’s pride and joy simply sailed to the AGT finals with their stunning performances. They proudly showed off their African culture in multiple indigenous languages as well as English.
A three-member band called Four in 2014 won X Factor South Africa.
In 2016, the Voice South Africa as a hit on M-Net. Winners so far have been Richard Stirton (2016), Craig Lucas (2017) and Tasché Burger (2019).
As for a ‘Song Causing the Most Viral Videos on Social Media’, the winner would be Jerusalema, by South African DJ and record producer Master KG featuring South African vocalist Nomcebo. Erupting globally was the Jerusalema Dance Challenge and the song’s video has been viewed nearly 500 million times so far.
