A jubilant PlayEuroLotto player swapped five gold rings for five lucky numbers and grabbed a fabulous six-figure prize ahead of Christmas.
The German player – who has chosen to remain anonymous – scooped an incredible €111,796.88 towards his Christmas shopping after correctly betting on the five regular numbers in last week’s EuroMillions draw.
The player said that he randomly selected numbers 16, 29, 30, 37 and 50, all of which came out on Friday, 27 November. Incredibly, if he had chosen Lucky Stars numbers 6 and 8 he would have won an unbelievable €26m.
