Customer confidence in the daily fantasy sports (DFS) market has been boosted by the launch of a new weapon to tackle fraud and suspicious registrations.
Solus, created by GeoComply, is a suite of geolocation and anti-fraud services that will give players “the highest level” of protection, according to Rich Roberts, the CEO of DraftDay Gaming, the first operator to sign up to GeoComply’s new offering.
With DraftDay Gaming “committed to being the safest and most secure DFS operator in the industry,” Roberts added that Solus’s “unique, user-friendly” solutions are ideal for the challenges of a rapidly-changing environment.
With the services designed specifically to adapt to the evolving demands of a sector that is exploding in popularity, Anna Sainsbury, CEO of GeoComply USA, believes that Solus will serve as a vital tool for responsible DFS operators.
“DFS is one of the fastest growing sectors in the United States today, and with DraftDay, we are really excited to work with one of the most innovative operators in that space,” Sainsbury said.
“We have designed Solus to fit the specific characteristics of the DFS market, where ease of user experience and speed of transaction are key, while also ensuring that the increased need for geolocation services within the DFS industry is met.”
