Gamers with a sweet tooth can get their fix of sugar and big prizes through new instant scratch card Word Candy.
Available to mobile and desktop players through Sky Vegas, the £3 game offers lots of chances to win, with a £60k top prize.
The theme is all things sweet, with a crossword grid filled by hidden letters from the player’s chocolate bar card. The player can either choose 18 letters or opt for the ‘auto pick’ function, which selects randomly. The letters are then revealed in the grid and, if more than three words are completed, a cash win is guaranteed. The top prize of a huge £60k is available for 12 completed words.
Lucky players can guarantee a win of 10 times their stake if they are awarded a ‘Golden Ticket’ at the start of the game.
There is also a bonus round, with a top prize of £450, for those that receive three cherries from their 18 letter picks. Simply spin the bonus lollipop wheel three times to reveal more letters, which may then complete words on a delicious-looking cake. The longer the completed word, the bigger the bonus.
Word Candy is the latest release from CORE Gaming, which has created more than 150 games, including Sky Blackjack, since its launch in 2011.
